Trust us!  We completely understand how frustrating and aggravating it can be when carriers damage or lose our package.  That’s why we offer a no frills option to protect your shipment. INSURANCE.

  • By selecting “INSURANCE” during checkout, you are letting us know how important it is to receive your product(s) just as expected.  This assures you that if your package is lost or damaged  by the carrier, we will handle your claim directly with the carrier.  It will offer you up to 100% coverage in the event of damage or  a 100% coverage in the event of a complete loss.
  • By selecting “NO INSURANCE” during checkout, you assume the complete risk in the event of damage or loss and we will not cover your damage or loss.

Claims cannot be submitted to the carrier until a minimum of 30 days after the latest tracking update.
